You get a lot of minicomics handed to you at comic festivals like TCAF -- tiny labors of love created by people who love making comics and want to try to get noticed. Some of them are good. Some of them are bad. Some of them make you laugh, some make you scratch your head, and some of them make you wish the Big Bang would've never happened.

And sometimes, something comes along like Titty Terror, and suddenly everything is the way it is supposed to be.
